Legal Aspect
AD News Times is a legally established media organization operating in full compliance with the guidelines set forth by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India. The organization is officially registered under the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) framework, bearing registration number WB-07-0068339, and provides media services across India.
Furthermore, AD News Times is affiliated with Amateur Ashitedo Akhada Association for the publication of journals, as stipulated in the byelaws of the Association, which is duly registered under the Societies Registration Act (SR Act) of West Bengal.
As a responsible media entity, AD News Times is committed to upholding the ethical and legal standards of journalism. In adherence to Section 13(b) of the Press Council Act, 1978, we ensure impartial and accurate news reporting while supporting and respecting the legal framework of the country.
